sch.2-sec.13 Naturally ventilated housing
This section applies if a pig is housed in a shed, shelter or other building that is naturally ventilated using automatically operated equipment. A person in charge of the pig must ensure— the automatically operated equipment is inspected at least twice in each 24-hour period; or an effective backup system is in place in the shed, shelter or other building in the event of a failure or the non-operation of the automatically operated equipment. (sch.2-sec.13-ssec.1) This section applies if a pig is housed in a shed, shelter or other building that is naturally ventilated using automatically operated equipment. (sch.2-sec.13-ssec.2) A person in charge of the pig must ensure— the automatically operated equipment is inspected at least twice in each 24-hour period; or an effective backup system is in place in the shed, shelter or other building in the event of a failure or the non-operation of the automatically operated equipment.
