sch.2-sec.11 Housing pigs
This section applies whether or not a pig is kept in single or group housing in a shed, shelter or other building or is allowed to range outside. A person in charge of a pig must provide housing for the pig that is designed and constructed to protect the pig from adverse weather conditions, injury, predators or other threats to the pig’s welfare.
