sch.1-sec.22 Action after inspections of water troughs—person in charge of domestic fowl
This section applies if a person in charge of a domestic fowl— makes a relevant finding in relation to a water trough used by the fowl; or is notified of a relevant finding in relation to a water trough used by the fowl. The person must ensure the fowl has or has had access to water as required under section 16 . (sch.1-sec.22-ssec.1) This section applies if a person in charge of a domestic fowl— makes a relevant finding in relation to a water trough used by the fowl; or is notified of a relevant finding in relation to a water trough used by the fowl. (sch.1-sec.22-ssec.2) The person must ensure the fowl has or has had access to water as required under section 16 .
- (a) makes a relevant finding in relation to a water trough used by the fowl; or
- (b) is notified of a relevant finding in relation to a water trough used by the fowl.
