sch.1-sec.21 Action after inspections of electronic or mechanical systems—person in charge of domestic fowl
This section applies if a person in charge of a domestic fowl— makes a relevant finding in relation to an electronic or mechanical system used to control light, humidity, temperature and ventilation in a shed where the fowl is kept; or is notified of a relevant finding in relation to an electronic or mechanical system used to control light, humidity, temperature and ventilation in a shed where the fowl is kept. The person must ensure reasonable steps are taken to ensure the system operates properly. (sch.1-sec.21-ssec.1) This section applies if a person in charge of a domestic fowl— makes a relevant finding in relation to an electronic or mechanical system used to control light, humidity, temperature and ventilation in a shed where the fowl is kept; or is notified of a relevant finding in relation to an electronic or mechanical system used to control light, humidity, temperature and ventilation in a shed where the fowl is kept. (sch.1-sec.21-ssec.2) The person must ensure reasonable steps are taken to ensure the system operates properly.
