sch.1-sec.2 Meaning of floor area
The floor area of a cage— for part 2 , division 1 —means the area of the measurable part of the floor of the cage; or for part 2 , division 2 —means the area of the floor of the cage. For subsection (1) , the floor area includes an area of the floor covered by an egg and waste baffle, nipple drinker or water trough. The floor area , of a shed, means the area of the floor of the shed. For subsection (3) , the floor area includes an area of the floor covered by a drinker, feeder or nesting area. (sch.1-sec.2-ssec.1) The floor area of a cage— for part 2 , division 1 —means the area of the measurable part of the floor of the cage; or for part 2 , division 2 —means the area of the floor of the cage. (sch.1-sec.2-ssec.2) For subsection (1) , the floor area includes an area of the floor covered by an egg and waste baffle, nipple drinker or water trough.
