sec.90 Surrender of registration
A registered person may, by notice to the chief executive, surrender the registration. The surrender takes effect on the later of the following— the day the notice is given; a day stated in the notice for the surrender. (sec.90-ssec.1) A registered person may, by notice to the chief executive, surrender the registration. (sec.90-ssec.2) The surrender takes effect on the later of the following— the day the notice is given; a day stated in the notice for the surrender.

- (b) a day stated in the notice for the surrender.
