sec.81 Application of div 5
This division applies if the chief executive is making a decision (the registration decision ) about whether or not to— grant a registration application; or take proposed action in relation to a person’s registration.
- (a) grant a registration application; or
- (b) take proposed action in relation to a person’s registration.
