sec.74 Application of sdiv 3
This subdivision applies if the chief executive proposes to— amend, under section 72 , a person’s registration details; or cancel or suspend a person’s registration.
- (a) amend, under section 72 , a person’s registration details; or
- (b) cancel or suspend a person’s registration.
