sec.72 Amendments for which proposed action notice is required
The chief executive may amend a person’s registration if— the chief executive considers the amendment necessary or desirable; and the procedure under subdivision 3 is followed.
- (a) the chief executive considers the amendment necessary or desirable; and
- (b) the procedure under subdivision 3 is followed.
