sec.69 Notice of refusal of disclosure exemption application
The chief executive must, as soon as practicable after making a decision as follows about a disclosure exemption application, give the applicant an information notice about the decision— a decision to refuse the application; a decision to grant a disclosure exemption, but for only part of the registration details the subject of the relevant application.
- (a) a decision to refuse the application;
