sec.66 Deciding application
The chief executive must consider each disclosure exemption application and either grant or refuse the disclosure exemption applied for within 28 days after the last of the following events to happen— the making of the application; if the applicant is not a registered person—the deciding of the registration application to which the disclosure exemption application relates.
- (a) the making of the application;
- (b) if the applicant is not a registered person—the deciding of the registration application to which the disclosure exemption application relates.
