sec.62 Inspection of register
Subject to section 70 , the chief executive must— keep the register open for inspection, free of charge, by members of the public during office hours on business days at the department’s head office; and At the commencement of this section, the department’s head office was at 41 George Street, Brisbane. allow a person to take extracts, free of charge, from the register; and give a person a copy of the register, or a part of it, on payment of the fee prescribed under a regulation. s 62 amd 2022 No. 35 s 20
