sec.6 Application of Act to State for protected or wild animals
This Act does not apply to the State for an animal only because it is— a protected animal or an animal in the wild under the Nature Conservation Act 1992 ; and the property of the State under that Act, another Act or the common law. See the Nature Conservation Act 1992 , section 83 (Property in protected animals).
- (a) a protected animal or an animal in the wild under the Nature Conservation Act 1992 ; and
