sec.59 Notice of refusal of registration application
The chief executive must, as soon as practicable after making a decision as follows about a registration application, give the applicant an information notice about the decision— a decision to refuse the application; a decision to impose a registration condition.
- (a) a decision to refuse the application;
- (b) a decision to impose a registration condition.
