sec.54 Deciding application
The chief executive must consider and either grant or refuse each registration application within 28 days after the last of the following events to happen— the making of the application; the chief executive’s receipt of all necessary information to decide the application; if, under section 53 , the chief executive has required the applicant to give a document or information—the giving of the required document or information.
