sec.47 Supplying animal
It is an offence exemption for an offence if— the act that constitutes the offence is supplying an animal; and See part 4 , division 3 (Restriction on supplying animals that have undergone a regulated procedure). the supply is— by or for a prescribed entity; or by an inspector for the State. s 47 amd 2022 No. 35 s 17

- (b) the supply is— (i) by or for a prescribed entity; or (ii) by an inspector for the State.
