sec.177 Other evidentiary aids
A certificate purporting to be signed by the chief executive stating any of the following matters is evidence of the matter— a stated document is a thing as follows given, issued, kept or made under this Act— an appointment, approval or decision; an animal welfare direction; a code of practice; a direction, notice or requirement; a licence or permit; a record; the register; a stated document is another document kept under this Act; a stated document is a copy of, or an extract from or part of, a thing mentioned in paragraph (a) or (b) ; that, on a stated day— a stated person was given a stated decision, direction or notice under this Act; or a stated requirement under this Act was made of a stated person; on a stated day, or during a stated period, a stated person was or was not registered or the person’s registration was suspended; a person’s registration details on a stated day or during a stated period; a stated amount is payable under this Act by a stated person.
- (a) a stated document is a thing as follows given, issued, kept or made under this Act— (i) an appointment, approval or decision; (ii) an animal welfare direction; (iii) a code of practice; (iv) a direction, notice or requirement; (v) a licence or permit; (vi) a record; (vii) the register;

- (b) a stated document is another document kept under this Act;
- (c) a stated document is a copy of, or an extract from or part of, a thing mentioned in paragraph (a) or (b) ;
- (d) that, on a stated day— (i) a stated person was given a stated decision, direction or notice under this Act; or (ii) a stated requirement under this Act was made of a stated person;
- (i) a stated person was given a stated decision, direction or notice under this Act; or
- (ii) a stated requirement under this Act was made of a stated person;
- (e) on a stated day, or during a stated period, a stated person was or was not registered or the person’s registration was suspended;
- (f) a person’s registration details on a stated day or during a stated period;
- (g) a stated amount is payable under this Act by a stated person.
- (i) an appointment, approval or decision;
