sec.175 Appointments and authority
The following must be presumed unless a party to the proceeding, by reasonable notice, requires proof of it— the appointment of an authorised officer or inspector; the power of the chief executive, an authorised officer or inspector to do anything under this Act.
- (a) the appointment of an authorised officer or inspector;
