sec.173 Content of notice
A notice of damage under section 172 must state— particulars of the damage; and that the person who suffered the damage may claim compensation under section 191 . If the inspector believes the damage was caused by a latent defect in the thing or circumstances beyond the control of the inspector or a person helping the inspector, the inspector may state the belief in the notice. (sec.173-ssec.1) A notice of damage under section 172 must state— particulars of the damage; and that the person who suffered the damage may claim compensation under section 191 . (sec.173-ssec.2) If the inspector believes the damage was caused by a latent defect in the thing or circumstances beyond the control of the inspector or a person helping the inspector, the inspector may state the belief in the notice.
- (a) particulars of the damage; and
