sec.170 False or misleading documents
A person must not give an inspector a document containing information the person knows is false or misleading in a material particular. Maximum penalty—50 penalty units. Subsection (1) applies even if the document was not given in response to, or in purported compliance with, a document production, information or personal details requirement or another specific requirement under another specific power.
