sec.161 Failure to comply with animal welfare direction
A person to whom an animal welfare direction has been given must comply with the direction unless the person has a reasonable excuse. Maximum penalty—100 penalty units or 1 year’s imprisonment. s 161 amd 2013 No. 51 s 229 sch 1 ; 2024 No. 17 s 192 s ch 1 pt 1
