sec.118E Notice and effect of proposed action decision
After making a decision about an inspector’s appointment under section 118D , the chief executive must give the inspector an information notice about the decision as soon as practicable after making the decision. The decision takes effect on the later of the following days— the day the information notice is given to the inspector; a later day stated in the information notice. s 118E ins 2022 No. 35 s 24 (sec.118E-ssec.1) After making a decision about an inspector’s appointment under section 118D , the chief executive must give the inspector an information notice about the decision as soon as practicable after making the decision. (sec.118E-ssec.2) The decision takes effect on the later of the following days— the day the information notice is given to the inspector; a later day stated in the information notice.
- (a) the day the information notice is given to the inspector;
- (b) a later day stated in the information notice.
