3 Interpretation
In this Act, unless the contrary intention appears –
the Corporate Trustee means The Trustees of the Diocese of Tasmania;
the Indenture means the Indenture of Conveyance referred to in paragraph (a) of the Preamble to this Act;
the Parish means the Parish of All Saints;
the plan means the plan of survey specified in Schedule 2 .
