Division 3—General meetings of Anangu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara 8—Annual general meetings and special general meetings (1) There shall be an annual general meeting of Anangu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara once in every calendar year. (3) An annual general meeting of Anangu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara shall be held not more than fifteen months after the last preceding annual general meeting. (4) A special general meeting of Anangu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara must be held if— (a) the Executive Board passes a resolution that such a meeting be held; or (b) not less than 10 members of Anangu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara make a request to the Executive Board that such a meeting be held, and such a meeting must be held as soon as is reasonably practicable after the resolution is passed or request made (as the case requires).
