Tasmania regulation
This instrument amends the Ambulance Service Regulations 2016. It takes effect when its making is notified in the Gazette (reg 2) and formally identifies the 2016 rules as the Principal Regulations (reg 3).
Mechanically, the amendment has been incorporated into the authorised version of the 2016 regulations (reg 4). Entities governed by the Ambulance Service Regulations 2016—ambulance providers, other regulated persons and the Department of Health—face any new compliance requirements that arise, and the timing of those obligations is set by Gazette notification (reg 2).
