35I Issue of replacement NEPT licence
[Section 35I Inserted by No. 73 of 2013, s. 25, Applied:01 Jul 2014] The Secretary must issue a replacement NEPT licence if –
(a) satisfied that the NEPT licence has been lost, destroyed or badly damaged or defaced; and
(b) any prescribed fee for the replacement has been paid.
