26 Expenditure outside Act
[Section 26 Amended by No. 73 of 2013, s. 22, Applied:01 Jul 2014] The Commissioner may, in any financial year, expend out of the funds of the Commissioner any sum of money, not exceeding in the aggregate the amount prescribed in the regulations, for any purpose approved by the Minister, notwithstanding that the expenditure may not be authorized under any other provision of this Act.
