(1) [Section 15 Subsection (1) amended by No. 73 of 2013, s. 14, Applied:01 Jul 2014] [Section 15 Subsection (1) amended by No. 86 of 2000, Sched. 1, Applied:01 May 2001] Subject to and in accordance with the State Service Act 2000 , persons may be appointed or employed for the purpose of providing administrative and clerical assistance to the Commissioner or for carrying out duties other than those performed by persons appointed under section 14 .
