Notwithstanding section six of the Aluminium Industry Act 1944‑1956, on and after the first day of February, One thousand nine hundred and sixty‑one, the Commission shall be constituted by the person for the time being holding, or performing the duties of, the office of Secretary to the Department of Trade and Resources.
