Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This instrument, made by a CASA delegate under subreg. 39.001(1), administratively revokes the Airworthiness Directives listed in Schedule 1 and re‑issues each as a separate legal instrument. For Wright piston engines it re‑makes AD/WRI/1 (Accessory Drive Gear) in identical form and cancels AD/WRI/2 (Piston Inspection). The effect is to preserve existing obligations for the re‑made AD and remove the compliance burden for the cancelled AD, affecting owners, operators and maintenance personnel.
