legislative instrument

Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

This instrument is an administrative re-issuance: a CASA delegate revokes a set of wheel-and-tyre airworthiness directives and re-makes each as a separate attached instrument, explicitly in the same form as the latest published editions.

It directly affects aircraft operators, owners and maintenance organisations bound by those tyre-related ADs (inspection, removal, replacement, retreading/inflation rules). The change alters legal form and tracking but not the substantive obligations or commercial rules in the ADs.
