Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

This instrument formally revokes a long list of existing Airworthiness Directives (ADs) for Victa and A.E.S.L. Airtourer series aeroplanes and reissues each AD as a separate instrument in the same form. It is made by a CASA delegate under the aviation safety regulations.

It affects aircraft owners, operators and maintenance organisations by preserving existing mandatory inspection, modification and replacement obligations while changing the administrative status of those ADs; organisations must continue compliance and may need to update administrative records.
