Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

The CASA delegate (David Alan Villiers) formally revokes listed Airworthiness Directives and re‑issues them as separate legal instruments — notably AD/SPITFIRE/1 (“Chassis Pintles”) for Vickers Supermarine Spitfire series aircraft — in identical form to their latest published editions. This changes the ADs’ legal/instrument status and recordkeeping without altering substantive requirements; operators, owners and maintainers of the affected Spitfires remain responsible for compliance.
