Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This instrument revokes and reissues Airworthiness Directive AD/VG‑RV/1 (Elevator Trim Tab for Van Grunsven RV Series) in identical form, under a CASA delegate’s power. Owners, operators and maintainers of those aircraft must now refer to the re‑made directive, but their substantive obligations and compliance costs remain unchanged. The change is procedural—refreshing the directive’s legal form in the official register, with administrative effort borne by CASA.
