Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This instrument records that CASA, through delegate David Alan Villiers, has revoked certain Airworthiness Directives and re‑made them as separate, attached instruments under subregulation 39.001(1). The Schedule lists three ADs affecting Univair/Forney/Alon/Mooney M10 series aeroplanes.

The change is administrative: each re‑made AD is identical to its latest published form, so substantive technical obligations are unchanged. Practical effects fall on owners, operators and maintenance organisations for record‑keeping and compliance documentation.
