Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

The CASA delegate revokes and re‑issues an existing Airworthiness Directive (AD) — AD/AKRO/1 Amdt 1 — for Stephens Akro Series aeroplanes, remaking it as a separate legal instrument in exactly the same form as the latest published directive.

Owners, operators and maintainers remain subject to the same airspeed restriction and compliance obligations; the instrument changes legal form and administrative record-keeping, not the AD’s substantive requirements.
