Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

The CASA delegate has used subregulation 39.001(1) to revoke and re‑issue the listed Airworthiness Directive for Stampe SV4 lower mainplane centre section tie rods, re‑making it as a separate attached instrument in the same form as the latest published edition.

This is an administrative re‑formatting: owners, operators and maintainers of affected Stampe SV4 aircraft remain subject to the same substantive requirements; no new compliance obligations are created.
