Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This instrument, made under subregulation 39.001(1), revokes a list of Airworthiness Directives for Skyfox (Calair/Hedaro) CA21 and CA22A aeroplanes and remakes each as a separate instrument. The re-made Directives are declared to be identical to their latest published editions. It affects owners/operators of those aeroplanes because the ADs set mandatory maintenance/inspection requirements; CASA’s delegate makes the change and operators bear compliance costs.
