Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This instrument revokes and immediately re‑issues two Airworthiness Directives for Sky Enterprises (Republic) RC‑3 (Seabee) aircraft, preserving each AD in exactly the same form as previously published. It affects RC‑3 owners/operators, maintenance organisations and CASA; the change is administrative under subregulation 39.001(1), so substantive compliance obligations remain unchanged though records and references may need updating.
