Plain English Summary

4/10 complexity

This instrument revokes a set of Airworthiness Directives (ADs) that apply to SIAI Marchetti S205 and S208 series aeroplanes and re-issues each AD as a separate instrument, with the re-made ADs published in the same form. It is signed by a CASA delegate under subregulation 39.001(1). Owners and operators remain responsible for meeting the AD requirements and paying for inspections, replacements or modifications required by those ADs; CASA administers and republishes the instruments without changing their substantive content.
