Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

This instrument, made by a Civil Aviation Safety Authority delegate under subregulation 39.001(1), revokes a package of Airworthiness Directives for the Short SC7 (Skyvan) and re‑issues each one as a separate instrument in the identical form. It affects aircraft owners, operators and maintenance organisations required to carry out inspections, modifications or replacements in those ADs. The change is administrative: substantive technical and compliance requirements remain as previously published, while legal form and instrument management are adjusted.
