Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This instrument revokes three Airworthiness Directives for Rolls Royce (Blackburn) Cirrus engines and re-issues each as a separate instrument under delegated CASA authority.

It is an administrative re-making only — each AD is reproduced in the same form as the latest published edition — so it changes the legal form and record-keeping but not the substantive compliance obligations or costs.
