Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

The delegate of the Civil Aviation Safety Authority cancels the Airworthiness Directives listed for Robinson R22 helicopters and re‑issues each one as a separate instrument under subregulation 39.001(1). Each remade Directive is identical to the latest published edition. This affects R22 owners, operators, maintenance organisations and regulators by preserving existing mandatory AD requirements while changing how those directives are issued and recorded.
