Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This instrument, made under subregulation 39.001(1) of the Civil Aviation Safety Regulations 1998, revokes the Airworthiness Directives listed in Schedule 1 and re‑makes each one as a separate instrument (see clauses (a) and (b)). The attached Note states each re‑made Directive is identical to its latest published edition. It affects owners, operators and maintenance organisations responsible for aircraft fitted with the listed Hamilton Standard variable‑pitch propellers by preserving existing compliance obligations while changing the legal/administrative form of those Directives.
