Plain English Summary

4/10 complexity

This instrument revokes a list of Dowty Rotol variable-pitch propeller Airworthiness Directives (ADs) and re-issues each one as a separate CASA instrument under subregulation 39.001(1). It affects aircraft owners, operators, maintenance organisations and continuing-airworthiness managers responsible for aircraft fitted with these propellers by keeping the existing mandatory AD requirements in force while changing how each AD is published and cited. The re-issued ADs are stated to be identical in substance to their latest published forms.
