Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

An instrument by a CASA delegate revokes the listed fixed‑pitch propeller Airworthiness Directives and re-issues each as a separate directive in the same form as the latest published edition. It is made under subregulation 39.001(1) of the Civil Aviation Safety Regulations 1998. Aircraft operators, maintenance organisations and propeller manufacturers remain subject to the same inspection, modification and operating requirements; compliance costs fall on operators and maintainers, while CASA decides and republishes the formal instruments.
