Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

Acts under subregulation 39.001(1) to revoke the Pratt & Whitney piston‑engine Airworthiness Directives listed in Schedule 1 and to reissue each as a separate, attached instrument. The instrument notes each re-made Directive is identical to the latest published edition.

This affects aircraft operators, owners and maintenance organisations using the listed engines: existing compliance duties are preserved while the administrative form and instrument numbering are changed. Compliance costs fall on those required to meet the Directives; the decision is taken by a CASA delegate.
