Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

This instrument revokes a list of Airworthiness Directives for Piper PA‑25 (Pawnee) aeroplanes and re‑issues each as a separate Airworthiness Directive. It applies to owners, operators and maintenance organisations responsible for those aircraft because they must continue to follow the listed ADs. The delegate acts under subregulation 39.001(1) of the Civil Aviation Safety Regulations 1998; each re‑made AD is stated to be identical to its latest published edition, so legal obligations remain unchanged and this is an administrative re‑issuance.
