Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

This instrument revokes a list of Airworthiness Directives (ADs) for Pilatus PC‑12 series aeroplanes and re‑issues each AD as a separate, identical instrument under subregulation 39.001(1).

It affects Pilatus PC‑12 owners, operators and maintenance organisations, who must follow the re‑made ADs; compliance obligations are stated to be unchanged, but operators bear any inspection, repair and record‑keeping costs and must rely on the re‑issued documents for regulatory proof.
