Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

This instrument, signed by a CASA delegate, revokes and re‑issues listed Airworthiness Directives — notably AD/EMERAUDE/1 requiring installation of anti‑spin strakes on Piel Emeraude aeroplanes — by reproducing each AD in the same form as the latest published edition. It’s an administrative replacement: the substantive technical requirements are unchanged, but owners, operators and maintenance organisations remain responsible for carrying out and funding any required work to comply.
